Like many of our agency partners, Greenline Marketing white-labels for “Agency Partner” - so we are a true extension of their team. As agreed upon in our NDA and non-compete for agency support, we won’t share the name of this Agency Partner or their clients, but are happy to explain more about the work we do and how we partner with other agencies to offer marketing support and HubSpot contracting services.

They say “A referral is the greatest compliment you’ll ever receive,” and in our opinion, they’re not far off. When we have the opportunity to work with a business - whatever industry, shape, or size, knowing they had such a great experience that they shared our name, style of work, and/or capabilities is truly something we are so grateful for. So when Agency Partner came our way from a referral, we were thrilled at the prospect of a great new agency partnership.

Agencies + Greenline Marketing: Double the Fun

When Greenline started in 2019 the opportunity to assist other agencies in need of specialized assistance and additional execution when it comes to all things HubSpot, inbound, content, setup, and more became very apparent. As called out on our Agency Support page, partnering with other great agencies isn’t something we shy away from.

In addition to offering assistance with execution to lighten the load of our partners, Greenline has experience with HubSpot-specific experience training, inbound marketing strategy, onboarding, and more.

Agency Partner is located on the West Coast and offers digital marketing services rooted in impactful marketing campaigns that lead to improved revenue and lead generation. Birds of a feather! Their team roster includes a number of experts in everything from UX and IX to SEO, traffic and awareness, lead generation and nurturing, technology, and more. The beauty of this day and age is that even though their offices are thousands of miles away, we’ve been able to collaborate swimmingly, thanks to virtual tools.

When we partner with great agencies like Agency Partner, we quote each project scope on an individual basis so we can customize what is in and out of scope and agree on the goal, needs, and timeline for the project. Typically when a new client or project is kicking off, we schedule a call with Agency Partner to review the scope and get us clear and on the same page.  We’re able to efficiently collaborate with their team using a full suite of tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, and Harvest. We also dove in and began utilizing systems they use like Teamwork and Lucid - among others. As frequent partners for agencies, we’re accustomed to learning and implementing new tools and processes and are building a hefty portfolio of those we have experience with!

HubSpot Consultants & Agency Support in Action

When agencies come to us in need, we know they’re on the same work smarter, not harder wavelength. After we set up company-branded email addresses and were introduced to their teams, we start to join calls, present to clients, execute work, and communicate with clients as needed, based on the scope of work.  

  • Keyterm Research & SEO: We’ve worked with Agency Partner to perform keyword research for new website content for their clients. As part of the exercise, we pull a complete list of search terms related to their business and industry, narrow in on recommended focus keywords, review competitor SEO ranking, and also research and create the architecture for content clusters.

  • Businessman working on laptop, hands typingEmail Drafting & Layout: We’ve all been in situations where pieces of a puzzle are ready, but we don’t have time for assembly, right? Agency Partner has come to us with content outlines, content drafts, or content direction and we’ve been able to step in and set up emails (and often their layout + visuals) in HubSpot according to campaign and/or workflow automation needs. They can focus on what they do best, and we can step in to lend a helping hand in HubSpot so deadlines are missed.

  • Lead Generation Automation: Nurturing and converting leads is tricky business and one that Agency Partner specializes in. They know we have expertise in the area and we’ve worked together to create and build a number of lead generation automations in HubSpot to make the sales and services processes easier for their clients. In some cases, they come to us with the roadmap built and we’re on the construction crew, and other times we’re problem solvers helping to draft the structure of the workflow.

  • Leave Coverage: One of Agency Partner’s clients had a soon-to-be-Dad who was going to be out for paternity leave, and because he managed the majority of HubSpot tools and assets, they needed someone to fill his shoes for 8-10 weeks. Although Agency Partner didn’t have the capacity to take on the large weekly retainer of hours, they know we offer marketing leave coverage for other businesses. We were able to step in and assist with all things HubSpot so workflow and strategy timelines were unaffected.

  • HubSpot Consultant Work: A client of Agency Partner was new to HubSpot and needed their data and systems imported and built out in their hubs. Agency Partner was getting started on a campaign build for the client but wanted the setup to happen at the same time. They turned to us to assist with setting up their HubSpot portal, customized to what they needed. As part of our onboarding process, we imported data, set up the necessary workflows, created templates, and trained the client’s team on how to use HubSpot.

  • Data Importing & Scrubbing: In other HubSpot consulting projects with Agency Partner, we’ve worked on behalf of their team to efficiently and effectively clean data in their portals. This includes everything from updating properties, mapping properties, creating custom properties, cleaning or updating contact, company, and deal data, and more.

They say the grass isn’t greener on the other side, it’s greener where you water it – and when we recognize we’re better when we ask for an expert or a helping hand … Well, we’re creating an irrigation system.
